Notice is hereby given that the Eastland County Commissioners' Court will meet in a regular meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 23rd, 2008, in the Eastland County Commissioners' Courtroom, Eastland, Texas, to consider the following agenda items:

  1. Read and Sign Minutes. - County Clerk

  2. Discuss and Consider granting permit for road crossing on CR 30 for Westbound Water Corp.

  3. Discuss and Consider granting permit for road crossing for electric line crossing on County Road 424. - Bill Underwood

  4. Discuss and Consider purchase of water truck and financing of purchase for Pct 3.

  5. Discuss and Consider taking bids on low water crossing on CR 349. - Bill Underwood
